It is a joy for Molly to be able to offer the transformational practices of yoga, breathwork & sauna therapy as she knows first hand the positive impact these modalities can have on mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.
Yoga combined with breathwork and more recently sauna therapy, has helped Molly transform her life. Using these practices as tools to navigate every day life she has been able to work through pent up stress and trauma which has caused physical inflammation and mental health struggles. Her mission is to help others by normalising the conversation around mental health and offering healing practices such as yoga, breathwork and sauna therapy, allowing people to get to know themselves better and become self healers.
Molly trained as a yoga teacher in India which deepened her knowledge around ashtanga, vinyasa flow and restorative yoga allowing her to find her natural, nurturing style of holding space for others. Yoga for Molly is a healing practice which began on the mat with the postures and has gradually become a lifestyle choice. Teaching with a trauma informed, inclusive approach, working with the nervous system, Molly holds a safe space for you to tune in to your inner landscape and listen to your body’s unique wisdom.
Breathwork was a natural extension of her work to balance the nervous system and as Molly’s own practice and experience developed she became a breathwork facilitator. This has been an empowering experience for Molly and clients alike. Molly now holds the space for people who need to de-stress and work through mental barriers whether that be a 1:1 session, in a group or on retreats. Breathwork is an incredible, natural, way to unravel the sub-conscious mind, strip back any layers of trauma releasing old belief systems and connect to intuition and joy.
Sauna ceremonies have since been added to the roster of practices offered, going deeper into the important work of self discovery and nervous system regulation. The sauna ceremony offered by Molly and her husband Sam under the umbrella of their brand ‘Feeders ‘n Healers' is a 2 hour sensory experience in the sauna using foraged body scrubs, traditional leaf whisks, and therapeutic oils to bring you into your body becoming totally present. This invigorating sauna experience allows you to connect with yourself and nature on a deeper level. With this work, Molly has toured Ireland and the UK facilitating sauna ceremonies at multiple sauna spaces.
Molly has found an inner strength and sense of peace through all these practices offered, allowing her to break through mental blockages and she wants to help others to do the same. Molly’s style is calm and uplifting and she continues to keep offering practices and sessions that empower people from the inside out. Sending the message that you can take control of your emotional inner world and embracing all our beautiful unique differences. Yoga, breathwork & sauna therapies create space in our minds, frees up the body and there in lies the path to true emotional freedom.
Molly has experience teaching at yoga studios, schools, and rehab centres in Cambridge and Norfolk. Breathwork sessions are held in groups, 1-1 and on retreats in the UK and Northern Ireland. Sauna ceremonies are held in Cambridge and all over the UK and Ireland.
